Had evolve stone installed on bottom half & vinyl cedar shake shingle on top.

today I had 2 windows replaced by duraplex. from start to finish, I am totally satisfied with the employees I worked with as well as the 2 installers today. they were NEAT, on time & polite! I would never hesitate to hire dura plex again.

My experience with Dura-Plex was great. I had the following work done by a very experienced installer and helper. They were very polite and answered all my questions as well as being extremely neat…
1. Removal and disposal of old windows
2. Supply and installation of new windows
3. Clean up and haul away all job-related debris
I highly recommend Dura-Plex my windows look beautiful!!!

Dura-Plex replaced 3 exterior doors at my home and they did an amazing job. Professional, courteous, attention to detail, and with very high quality work. Special thanks to Trevor during initial consult who answered all my questions while selecting product, Joe who completed front door install solo yesterday, and the crew who replaced the other 2 doors a couple months ago. I will certainly be using them again.

We worked with Duraplex on a full siding and window replacement for our home, a large project with several different design components. From day one, what stood out was their consultative approach and genuine commitment to customer service.
We worked primarily with Anthony on design and oversight and Alex as our day-to-day project manager. Before the project even began, the team spent weeks helping us make thoughtful decisions on materials and design. That level of collaboration and attention is not standard in this industry, and it speaks to Duraplex’s pride in both craftsmanship and client satisfaction.

We chose Duraplex to complete a complete demo and rebuild of our second story deck.
We chose Duraplex for 2 main reasons:
The first was Alex their project manager, he was knowledgeable and confident they could accomplish everything with the strict contingency that everything must be done up to code with all of the appropriate permits. Alex assured me it was NOT AN ISSUE! (And it wasn’t!)
The second they are an authorized installer with Wolf decking which meant they are experts at installing the product we wanted.
I should be clear that Duraplex partnered with a great outfit Jersey Shore Custom Carpentry Company to complete the deck, I worried this might cause some miscommunication or otherwise negatively affect the project or results BUT IT DIDNT!
Alex and JSCC worked together perfectly and seamlessly. They showed up on time every day they said they would. Alex answered the phone every time I called or texted. Every crew member was HAPPY to be working on their this project! They were EXCITED for the outcome. They were respectful to my wife, my neighbors, and my property. They cleaned up the worksite everyday before leaving.
The most important thing I can convey in this review is that while working with Alex and Ken from duraplex and Chris and Jesse and Pat from JSCC, these guys are genuinely GOOD PEOPLE! It showed through every communication, it showed through the craftsmanship, the attention to detail and in every interaction! These are the kind of people you want working on your property.
My neighbors, the code inspector, our friends are all super impressed with the results and so am I.
I sincerely thank everyone who lent a hand in this project at Duraplex and JSCC. It was a pleasure to work with you all!

Duraplex installed all my sunroom windows with three pane insulated glass! Al and Nick did a superb job! I am very excited with this product and project! They also installed a beautiful steel door and a bathroom window! Beautiful products and excellent service! Five full stars! I just wished they would have trimmed underneath the window sill or caulked it for painting! With the bee problem unsolved I could not stay in the room and didn’t notice it until well after the project! Despite the flaw it is not noticeable and I will eventually have to fix it but I still award five stars! One suggestion I have is half screens are not good because bugs can get inside the screens easier! I highly recommend full screens! I had to pay extra but it is worth the extra cost! I just wished Duraplex had finished underneath the sill! I purchased $20 worth of caulking tape at had to get on the floor to view the crack that was not caulked or finished and it was all away around under the sill! It took me half a day to tape it! That should have been caulked or trimmed and should have been installed under the sill! At 82 it’s difficult for me to get on the floor! I would have gladly paid extra but they did not seem to care to caulk or fix the problem! On that I would say the job does not deserved five stars! I would give four and a half! I included a photo of the unfinished work under the sill and this was all the way around the sill!! Anyway I am exhausted and very tired! I love the windows and screens but I have to be fully honest! I would use them again but I would make sure it is all on the contract and not pay them until you do thorough inspection!
